Terms of Sale
The conditions that apply when you buy coin packs in the Dareo app.
In short: coin packs are optional, one-time purchases paid through Apple or Google. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Coins are delivered right away, which is why you expressly waive your right of withdrawal when you confirm the purchase. Coins have no cash value and are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase of virtual coins ("coins") made in the Dareo mobile application. They complement our Terms of Use, which govern the use of coins in the game. By confirming a purchase, you accept these Terms of Sale in the version in force on the date of the purchase.
2. Seller
The coins are offered by:
- Fibroweb, TO COMPLETE: legal form and share capital
- Registered office: TO COMPLETE: postal address
- SIRET: TO COMPLETE: SIRET number
- VAT: TO COMPLETE: VAT number or VAT exemption statement

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), which act as the merchant of record for the transaction and issue the receipts, under their own terms.
3. Products
Coins are a virtual currency used only inside Dareo, for bonuses (such as power-ups) and cosmetic items. The following coin packs may be offered:

The packs actually available, their names and their content are those shown in the app's shop at the time of purchase. Each pack is a consumable, one-time purchase. There is no subscription in Dareo: no purchase ever renews automatically.
Coins are virtual items with no cash value. They grant a personal right of use in the game, not a property right, and cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, converted, transferred to another account or resold. Coins can also be earned for free by playing.
4. Prices
The price that applies is the one displayed in the app at the time of purchase, in your country's currency, all taxes included. It is set through the App Store or Google Play and may vary by country and change over time. A price change never affects a purchase that has already been confirmed.
5. Ordering and payment
To buy a pack, open the shop in the app, select a pack and confirm the payment in the Apple or Google purchase window. The sale is concluded when Apple or Google confirms the payment. Payment is made exclusively through your App Store or Google Play account, with the payment methods registered there. We never have access to your payment details.
6. Delivery
Coins are credited to your Dareo account immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If the coins don't appear, close and reopen the app while signed in with the same Apple or Google account as for the purchase. If they still don't appear, email contact@getdareo.com with the date of the purchase and the order number from the Apple or Google receipt: we will credit the missing coins once the purchase is verified.
7. Right of withdrawal
Coins are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately after purchase. In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), by confirming the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the coins and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14 day right of withdrawal. These Terms of Sale, which you can save or print at any time, confirm this condition.
8. Refunds
Purchased coins are not refundable, except where applicable law requires it (for example, if the coins were never delivered). Because payments are collected by Apple or Google, refund requests must be sent to them:

When Apple or Google refunds a purchase, the corresponding coins may be removed from your account. If some of them were already spent, your balance may be adjusted accordingly.
9. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content provided by Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. If the coins you bought are not delivered or do not work as described, contact us at contact@getdareo.com: we will first bring the content into conformity (for example by crediting the missing coins) and, if that is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the conditions set by law.
10. Minors and parental controls
Dareo is for players 13 and up. If you are under 18, ask your parents or legal guardian for permission before any purchase. Parents can supervise purchases with Apple Family Sharing ("Ask to Buy") or Google Play parental controls and purchase authentication.
11. Loss of coins
Coins are linked to your Dareo account. They are lost if you delete your account, and a guest who has not saved their account may lose them when uninstalling the app or changing phones. Coins may also be lost if an account is deleted for a serious breach of our Terms of Use, within the limits of applicable law.
12. Complaints, mediation and governing law
For any complaint, contact us first at contact@getdareo.com. If you are a consumer and your complaint could not be resolved with us, you can use the following consumer mediator free of charge: TO COMPLETE: name, website and address of the consumer mediator.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
